RoB shutting down[edit]

As noted today in an ingame message, DeNA has successfully completed killing off Rage of Bahamut and has started the process of shutting down the servers.

If you are displeased with their "efforts to keep the app going" please feel free to leave a comment on their Facebook page [[1]], that - in good old DeNA tradition - will be completely ignored.

Status of the Wiki[edit]

Since DeNA/Mobage killed of the events a lot of people quit with RoB and quit working on the wiki. A few new people started working as well. Thank all of you for your hard work and for the time you spend on the RoB wiki. As of now I think the Wiki will stay online at least until the RoB servers will shut down. Events and card packs will still be added, although I personally don't think it will make much of a difference. After the game servers will be shut down, the owner of the wiki will have to decide if he leaves the page on his server or if he will delete it with all it's data. I'm quite disappointed how the game was shut down with no notice. It was to be expected when we had Eternal Onslaught (as I like to call it) and people never bought any more Card Packs. It was nice how the community stayed strong. I hope you meet you guys in other games as well! You can chat with me personally by using my LINE > (alichak) or through my email directly > (alichak000@gmail.com) Chances are, we will have Shadowverse in a bit, which is a Hearthstone-style game with RoB cards. The wiki was such a nice thing to contribute on, and thanks to everyone's support we all put in effort to try to post a few cards. No matter how small your contribution, maybe you fixed a single typo, maybe you were reading the wiki, thank you. Some weird member --NekoDesu (talk) 14:50, 21 December 2015 (EST)

Shadowverse actually does look nice - as long as it won't be published by DeNA. Never playing a game from them again. Even EA does better... --Morgan (talk) 19:24, 21 December 2015 (EST)
I can guarantee you that it will be published by DeNA. It should be managed by Mobage Japan as well. --NekoDesu (talk) 22:14, 21 December 2015 (EST)
