Card list fails to load completely -- 62.131.143.14 06:44, 19 January 2014 (EST) -- 62.131.143.14 06:44, 19 January 2014 (EST)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

When i click cardlist it only displays the cards up untill Ariton. It also only displays a few when i click a realm.
I am also unable to sort the table in anyway i.e sort cards by skill effect. There is no link to click on.
It seems the be a Holland problem as thats where i am from and my friends have the same problem. I have had this problem before but after a few days it was solved automatically. It has now been more than a week and getting annoying!

Hey, thx for your message. No it's not just a "Holland Problem" it's a problem with the wiki. Wiki is running out of space. This also produces your described problems. At the moment we are trying to get into contact with the Admins/owner of this side, since they all seem to have retired. Until now we didn't have any success, but hopefully we'll get the problems solved. :( --Morgan (talk) 07:49, 19 January 2014 (EST)

Hey Morgan, I've been trying to get into robforums to reply to your thread there lol but it seems like they have mail issues (can't get my verification email). Anyway an update is I've talked to Ezo the past week, and he sees the problem, he fixed it very temporarily but was looking into a long term fix. The site itself is fine for space, it's a partition issue for the temp rendering currently.

hey, yeah, Forum has it's issues sometimes ^^ ok, at least we have space once more. I'll update it on Forum. But what do you mean with "partition issue for the temp rendering"? I'm not THAT good with IT terms and stuff^^ --Morgan (talk) 16:13, 19 January 2014 (EST)
Re: Re: Re: Re: Card list fails to load completely -- 62.131.143.14 06:44, 19 January 2014 (EST) -- Cormyre (talk) 17:32, 19 January 2014 (EST)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

It means for raw data, permanent images, etc... there's TONS of room... but each page is built temporarily in a temp cache, along with each thumbnail image, etc... that's on a separate partition if I understood correctly... and that's where the bottleneck currently is. I've sent another email letting him know the issues have gotten worse with pages not rendering completely and soforth. ^^

Traits on Card Pages -- CakeXar (talk) 13:25, 30 May 2014 (EDT) -- CakeXar (talk) 13:25, 30 May 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

How you do suppose we should add traits to the card info pages? There's a lot of info to be collected and added to the wiki in a nice format.

There should be a new line added to add traits but I'm not quite sure how to do it.

Trying (Failing) to update card pages -- AustinC6732 (talk) 00:04, 14 June 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

So I added Traits to a few cards that had been converted over to the new page style, easy stuff, then I took a crack at editing a page, Archdaemon. Not sure where I went wrong, but I previewed my changes and something failed. So I just want to know how to not do this again, and how to go about it the right way without wasting 15 minutes copying and pasting information and having it all for naught. I didn't save the edit by the way just left it alone, but this is what I came up with:

  • EDIT * Issue resolved

I just checked and Millie, Lunar Healer card isn't here.

Looking into it. Do you have any info about the card? --Morgan (talk) 10:22, 6 August 2014 (EDT)

Found the card, it's from Maze's End. This event is not yet fully updated in the wiki, so the cards from the event are still missing. Please feel free to add info if you have any. --Morgan (talk) 11:58, 6 August 2014 (EDT)

Looking for card image help -- Olann (talk) 17:41, 11 September 2014 (EDT) -- Olann (talk) 17:41, 11 September 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

I am looking for volunteers to get me smartphone-sized images of each form for cards that are either exclusive to the international version of RoB or have a different rarity (and hence, different borders) from the Japanese version. If you can edit the images and upload them to the wiki yourself, that would be great. If you would rather have me do that, hit me up on LINE @ cthawke and I'll work on the images. Thanks!

The ones I need help most with are Legend cards. Those are pesky, and not to mention, expensive.

Re: Looking for card image help -- Olann (talk) 17:41, 11 September 2014 (EDT) -- Morgan (talk) 19:09, 11 September 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

Although I think smart phone sized pictures would be good for mobile use, I'd like to take the bigger and more detailed version of those cards for the wiki (600x800). At least this is what I think you are suing those pictures for? If you are looking for Exclusive cards, Mobage themselves have stared to add some of those cards to their Facebook page.

Edit: I really should make an archive for this damn Main Page Talk page... its getting horrible long... --Morgan (talk) 19:09, 11 September 2014 (EDT)

Yep. Those 640x800 images are what I'm looking for. It feels like some of the cards are missing on their international card album, but I could be imagining it. I'll try and look through the JP wiki again with a fine comb to make sure I'm not missing them on a good day.

Well, they've just started adding those cards - and we all know, how long it takes mobage to actually finish something. ;) If you are searching for any card you can't find, just give me the card name and I'll let a friend of mine give it a try, since she speaks Japanese fluently. --Morgan (talk) 06:30, 12 September 2014 (EDT)

There is one card that's been bothering me: Nian. It's an old Lost Kingdom card that I can't find on the JP wiki. It might just be easier to get the images in-game, if only I can get 4 copies.

yeah, found this card when I was adding some of the new card packs. didn't know it even existed since I've never heard of it. Do you have any copies of this card? --Morgan (talk) 16:33, 12 September 2014 (EDT)

I don't have any copies and I only see an FF of the card on the baz. Too bad getting the FF card won't let you see the previous forms of the card...

I've been trying to figure out how to update my deck calculator for trait boosts. I cannot get to the formula using what my deck hits for in game and using backwards math. Is this something that is being researched for addition to the wiki?

Re: Trait calculator -- 174.29.245.47 15:08, 13 September 2014 (EDT) -- 174.29.245.47 15:08, 13 September 2014 (EDT) -- Morgan (talk) 18:49, 16 September 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

Currently I don't think anyone is researching the trait boost. but if you collect enough data, we can add it to the wiki later. ;) --Morgan (talk) 18:49, 16 September 2014 (EDT)

New Cards Obtainable -- NekoDesu (talk) 20:12, 22 September 2014 (EDT) -- NekoDesu (talk) 20:12, 22 September 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

I think there was this thing in the upcoming event about this "shogun" card with variable stats depending on how much items you use. If that happens, how do we calculate the max. and min. stats?

Re: New Cards Obtainable -- NekoDesu (talk) 20:12, 22 September 2014 (EDT) -- Morgan (talk) 07:36, 24 September 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

First of all we'll wait till the card is released. Then we'll see what we're gonna do. Maybe just treating them as different cards and altering the names of those cards a bit (Cardname (1), Cardname (2)...) --Morgan (talk) 07:36, 24 September 2014 (EDT)

Re: Re: New Cards Obtainable -- NekoDesu (talk) 20:12, 22 September 2014 (EDT) -- NekoDesu (talk) 18:15, 24 September 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

So now we know some more about the card. It can be any faction, has 9 forms (Attack+++, Defense, Balance, etc.), has 4 evolutions. We are just waiting for it to reach our inventory, to see how the card is like.

Re: Continuing: Shogun Card -- NekoDesu (talk) 19:40, 1 October 2014 (EDT) -- Morgan (talk) 12:00, 2 October 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

I'm thinking of a way to put this into wiki. Best way I can think of is to make a normal card page for each of the realms either with or without showing evo table and adding a table with stats manually. --Morgan (talk) 12:00, 2 October 2014 (EDT)

Re: Re: Continuing: Shogun Card -- NekoDesu (talk) 19:40, 1 October 2014 (EDT) -- NekoDesu (talk) 21:07, 2 October 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>

Pretty nice idea here. But the issue is the skills can range a lot. If you go to attack side, balanced, and defense, that's a lot of skills to input.
Re: Re: Re: Continuing: Shogun Card -- NekoDesu (talk) 19:40, 1 October 2014 (EDT) -- Morgan (talk) 07:25, 3 October 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>
yeah. but I think we should leave the skill open and just mention that there are different skills to acquire for different realms and balance. otherwise we had to add maybe a hundred cards? maybe even more. --Morgan (talk) 07:25, 3 October 2014 (EDT)
Re: Re: Re: Re: Continuing: Shogun Card -- NekoDesu (talk) 19:40, 1 October 2014 (EDT) -- NekoDesu (talk) 19:13, 3 October 2014 (EDT)<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>
Good idea! Maybe just setup 1 page with all 3 realms and description, then post possible stats and skill at bottom. So only need 1 page.

I think it would be better to make one page for each realm. If we make a card page for each realm, Shogun could appear in all 3 realm card lists, so ppl can find her better. --Morgan (talk) 15:22, 5 October 2014 (EDT)
==Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Continuing: Shogun Card -- NekoDesu (talk) 19:40, 1 October 2014 (EDT) -- NekoDesu (talk) 17:55, 5 October 2014 (EDT)==<editsection-brackets>n">[edit]<editsection-brackets>
True, because the 3 realms have different quote things, though very minor, it would be difficult putting all the quotes and images in one page.

Not good enough to work out how to make a 2 card evo work with the template so it came out wonky also cant find min/max of base. Need some help editing it properly but I got the images uploaded and the lore and such updated at least,

I found another 2 evo treasure card and copied some of that template to fix it. The coding isn't perfect but it works for now I guess.
